Who We Are

CAP currently employs over 140 people serving more than 8,000 individuals annually in Cayuga and Seneca Counties through 40 programs designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, strengthen families and mitigate crisis.

The mission of CAP is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain selfllf-sufficiency through direct services, education and community partnerships. 

What We Do

CAP recognizes that with stability and support, people can develop themselves, engage more deeply, and make the most of the resources available to reach their goals. The Agency offers an end-to-end continuum of services designed to help individuals and families move from crisis to stability to economic security.
